Welcome to Westchester’s first water bar/cafe, where you can experience waters from around the world. Our selection reaches out to many cultures and individual tastes and desires. These waters are new, old and ancient waters, all with an amazing history, unsurpassed natural purity, and a wealth of admiration. We sell waters only by the bottle or case. Our varieties include glass, plastic, still, sparkling and naturally carbonated waters, each with its own unique taste, and all vary in the amount of Calcium, Magnesium, Silica, Potassium, Sulphate, Bicarbonate and other dissolved solids. Enjoy the water at the Via or to go, and take them to enjoy with others or to give as gifts. All waters are alcohol free, some are Sodium free, some are Nitrate free, some were consumed by kings, and some were never touched by humans.

At Via Genova you can find the preferred waters of the stars such as Elsenham, which they call “the Arnold Schwarzenegger bottle”, and 1 Liter, which was featured by Oprah on a recent O list. Their waters include Japanese volcanic water, Canadian and Norwegian glacial water, mountain and medicinal spa waters from Italy, France, Spain and Germany, water from the Braes of Glenlivet (the perfect water for the perfect Scotch), and other waters from Sweden to South Africa. They offer water by the bottle or case only, but don’t be surprised if you ask for a sample to find yourself tasting waters as if you were tasting wines.
To eat in, the eclectic café offers European style breakfast, the best 100% Kona coffee elegantly served by French Press, a much talked about Italian antipasto and sandwich, gourmet green-tea sodas, and rich desserts like Italian gelato and Spanish in-fruit sorbets. To take out, you can get everything they offer and some of almost everything they use to make their magic like Arthur Avenue round bread, Italian chocolate-hazelnut spread and Hawaiian honey to Bodum brewing pots and accessories, available only in Manhattan, and Sicilian olive oil, imported by Teitel Brothers of Arthur Avenue. To top it off, the walls are an art gallery of 19th / 20th century American photography.
